Bio.

Amber Adela Rose is an interdisciplinary anglo-salvadoran artist, working primarily in painting and drawing to approach ideas surrounding geographical identity, emotional attachment and displacement particularly through landscapes that possess a keen sense of wit and stark compositional design.


She exhibits regularly in Central and North America and studied at The Slade School of Fine Art London, 1999-2001. She is one of the founding members of the artists´ collective and alternative cultural space La Fábri-K in El Salvador and winner of First Prize XXV Palmarés Painting Prize, El Salvador (2010) and Honorable Mention at SUMARTE, MARTE, El Salvador (2011, 2010).


She currently lives and works in Portugal where she and her husband host the studio - showroom Untitled, Rua Bonjardim No. 881, Porto.
